When the permissions are in place and a start date has been agreed the drawings are passed to the factory team who will then manufacture your conservatory entirely from scratch in accordance with the technical drawings. Where appropriate (e.g. complicated hips or valleys), elements, or in some cases the whole, of your structure will be trial built to ensure accuracy before leaving the factory.
Once the installation has begun, the site is supervised regularly by our building services and installation managers and you will receive daily courtesy calls from our customer services department to update you on progress and answer any of your queries. When we complete your conservatory and you've made full payment, we will send out your receipt and 10-year guarantee. We also then apply for the building warrant completion certificate, which normally takes around six to eight weeks to obtain from the local authority. We send you all the documentation for your own retention - completion certificate, building warrant, planning permission and listed building consent as applicable.
