Mozolowski & Murray will take care of any planning and
building warrant applications on your behalf and you will be kept fully
informed on their progress and status. Your designer will take you through a
defined process at the consultation stage and confirm the finer detail prior to
you placing your order.
Once your order has been placed Mozolowski and Murray will arrange a detailed site survey,
where accurate interior and exterior measurements of your house along with
digital photographs and video footage of the site access and construction area
are taken. The purpose of this survey is
to ascertain all of the critical dimensions to the millimetre and to take full
account of all aspects of the site such as wall construction, drainage, site
access, and any other factors.
On receipt of the survey information our technical team will prepare full and
detailed working drawings which will be sent to you for approval prior to
applying for the necessary permissions.
