The bespoke nature of our work continues to inspire some truly unique and stunning designs across our entire portfolio, but as the demand for Garden Rooms remains strong, we decided to offer a range of fixed garden room dimensions and prices that will make it easier for those who don’t necessarily require a bespoke product or service, to choose a Design.

Having launched our Pre-design Garden Room Range just over a year ago, it is clear that while we continue to offer bespoke designs, having a pre-design range to choose from has become hugely popular, with one design quickly becoming our bestseller, The Maree!

This unit is 2400 x 3000m in size, costs from £19,200 inc VAT and comes with concrete pad foundation detail, a choice of external finishes and timbers, fully insulated walls, ceiling and floor with double doors facing into the garden, a double-glazed window and one top hung opening sash to rear or side elevation (two sashes on larger opening).

It has an internal plasterboard finish in your choice of colour for the walls and ceiling, an armoured cable/track up to 25 metres from the building, three double sockets, four internal downlights and one Dimplex radiator. The Maree is ready to furnish and enjoy from the minute you are handed the keys.

Our Pre-design Range is proving a popular choice for many of our clients but we can still cater for those who wish to tailor their design to suit their own personal preferences.  Additional options can be added which include but are not limited to, Patio doors, additional fixed/opening windows, Khars timber flooring chosen from our collection, underfloor heating, dimmer lighting, external lighting and TV points. Our pricing structure will adapt to reflect any additional design features which will be quoted ahead of any final decision, so you remain in complete control.
