The Brief

Our clients wanted to replace their existing conservatory with a new Mozolowski & Murray conservatory, designed to reflect the shape, style and period of their traditional property while creating a sanctuary in which to enjoy their much-loved and beautiful garden, all year round.

The Outcome

We designed a simple yet traditional style of conservatory with a single pitch roof and a central gable to add height internally and frame the garden views.  We incorporated a small dwarf wall, built in stone to suit the red sandstone on the existing building and included doors on the side elevation leading directly into the garden.

Externally, the frames were finished in a Farrow and Ball ‘Railings’ colour which works beautifully with the red sandstone and internally a white finish to maximise the light reflection. Deep window cills for plants and a practical tiled floor make this a lovely space in which to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Our clients sourced a stunning white glass light fitting which forms a central piece within the peak which catches the sunlight and casts a wonderful glow over the room, particularly in early evening.
