This achievement represents a true commitment to the training and development of young people and shows we are a young person’s employer of choice.

Launched in July 2014, Investors in Young People originated through a key recommendation from the Commission for Developing Scotland’s Young Workforce, led by Sir Ian Wood. The accreditation is offered to all businesses across Scotland and exists to recognise and support organisations nationwide, in the employment of young people.

Commenting on this fantastic achievement, Director Virginia Murray said:

“We have always been proud of the level of investment we place in our workforce and continue to see the benefits of this through their dedication, professionalism and loyalty.  But as well as looking after our existing staff, we recognise the importance of investing in those young people seeking an early career opportunity within the industry.

“With such a talented, experienced and skilled workforce here at Mozolowski & Murray, it is the ideal learning environment for young people to gain the skills and experience they need to build a successful career.

“This award is testament to the entire team who have not only invested time and effort into making sure these young people become valued members of our workforce, but who have embraced the company’s desire to harness new talent so we can ensure our standards, values, quality of products and service will be delivered for decades to come.”
