With impressive grounds our clients wanted to offer their friends and family something extra special when visiting them in East Lothian. Having already completed a Mozolowski & Murray extension on their large family home, the existing relationship we had with our clients meant we could grasp the nature of their desire to create a luxury garden living space that would offer privacy, comfort and style for guests, at any time of year and in a location that wouldn’t infringe on views of the garden from the main house.

A stunning place for guests to independently relax and enjoy their stay with our clients, nestled at the bottom of the garden with the sound of the river running close by. 

The peaked glazed frontal design allows light to come flooding in, compensating for the solid wall design on one side. 
Tall windows in the living area beautifully frame the wood burning stove and create a stunning central feature. A contemporary white kitchen was cleverly designed to offer all the conveniences expected of a fully equipped kitchen while ensuring a natural flow and unimposing open plan feel. 

Positioned to the rear lies a comfortable and private bedroom with built in wardrobes and a stunning en-suite shower room. Fitted with surround sound and lighting systems, this garden retreat strikes the perfect balance between going back to nature and modern luxury living.
