“Stunning design meant 65% occupancy rate before completion”

On a small Scottish Island sat a thriving hotel, with a Michelin star restaurant, luxury spa and breath-taking views. But for owners Beppo Buchannan and his Wife Seona, they wanted something more for their guests on The Isle of Eriska.

Recognising the desire for people to have more choice about their business and leisure experiences as well as seeing a clear trend in people seeking more space and privacy while retaining access to onsite hotel facilities, Seona and Beppo approached Mozolowski & Murray to design and build what has become the stunning and exclusive “Hilltop Reserves.”

The first two reserves were so successful, with over 65% occupancy rates within the first two years, including 30 timeshare weeks at £10,000 per week, Mozolowski & Murray were asked to design and construct a further four reserves which were completed in April 2017. On talking about the immediate success of the reserves, Beppo said:

“It was essential that on deciding to expand Eriska with luxury standalone self-catering suites, designed to accommodate the desire for luxury escapism but with access to 5 star facilities, we employed a company who understood our objectives and could reflect the high standards of our existing business. Mozolowski & Murray were the obvious choice and didn’t disappoint.  From design and construction to scheduling, budget and project management, they excelled. First class operation with first class results!”

This is really a place for snuggling up in, whether it’s beside an open fire, sipping bubbly in your spa suite’s private hot tub or hiding away in the new self-catering Hilltop Reserves — the pick of the rooms, with floor-to-ceiling views across the Atlantic to the summits of Ardgour.
